All returned merchandise must come back in “brand new” condition.

To make a return, please call 1-866-681-7401 and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Attach this number to the outside of the return package. No returns will be accepted that do not have a Return Authorization Number attached to the outside packaging.

If returned for any other reason, you are responsible for shipping charges both ways. In other words you will have to pay both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs. Additionally there is a 20% restocking charge.
