100% customer satisfaction is our goal. Therefore, if you find any of our products to be defective, or if we ship the wrong product to you, we will gladly exchange or refund the full purchase price within 30 days of the purchase date. If the package arrives in a damaged condition, do not open and contact us immediately.
If returned for any other reason, you are responsible for shipping charges both ways. In other words, you will have to pay both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs. Additionally, there is a 20% restocking charge.
All returned merchandise must be returned in original packages and condition. Returned merchandise must not be cut, marked, or used. Foam is not eligible for returns.
No merchandise may be returned without Rochford Supply’s consent. To make a return, please call and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Attach this number to the outside of the return package. No returns will be accepted that do not have a Return Authorization Number attached to the outside packaging.
All leather returns must be requested within 15 days of invoice and be in original condition. No cut or marked hides will be accepted. Custom dye lots and/or special order hides are not returnable. A 20% restocking fee plus shipping will be charged on all leather returns. You must contact your sales representative to request a Return Authorization number prior to any return.
